About me
Project Manager certified PMP® and DASM®, with more than 20 years leading digital transformation projects in telecommunications, consumer goods, financial retail and supply chain. I direct integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement and stakeholder management under PMI standards, with end-to-end governance and both predictive and agile methodologies.
I am a PMP expert with 5 years of hands-on experience in applied AI and automation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, n8n.io, Vapi.ai, Retell AI): I use them to speed up development, automate workflows and deploy intelligent agents. I complement project management with enterprise process auditing to detect waste and optimize ROI (Synaptic) and with the development of web solutions and applications.
